MR. CAROL BRISTOL Q.C.
Mr. Carol Bristol, Q.C. was born in St. Lucia and educated in Grenada. MR. CAROL BRISTOL Q.C.
He was called to the Bar at Grays Inn, England in 1954 and returned to the Caribbean as an Associate in the legal firm of Gordon, Salles, Miquell & Mathurin in St. Lucia. From 1955 - 1957 he held various posts including Acting Registrar of the Supreme Court in St. Lucia, Registrar of the Supreme Court in St. Kitts, Nevis & Anguilla and Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of the Windward & Leeward Islands, headquartered in Grenada, and then Assistant to the Attorney General of the Windward Islands.
In April 1959 he joined Mr. F.M. Henry & Mr. Denis Henry to establish the firm of Henry, Henry & Bristol. Mr. Bristol took silk in 1986.
In 1981 he became senior partner on the retirement of Sir Denis Henry Q.C.
From 1990 he was Chief Justice of Grenada until restoration of the O.E.C.S. Court in 1991. He then resumed private practice as the Senior Partner. Mr. Carol Bristol Q.C. practises all areas of law but he is widely recognized throughout the Eastern Caribbean as one of the foremost authorities on Property and Conveyance law.
In private life the senior partner has served as the President of the Rotary Club of Grenada, President of Grenada Jaycees, President of the West Indies Jaycees and is a former President of the Grenada Bar Association and of Grenada Sports Council. Mr. Bristol’s love of the game of cricket has seen him as commentator in Grenada, a match referee for various regional matches in Grenada and an avid batsman in his student days at Gray’s.

MR LESLIE F HAYNES Q.C.
 Mr. Leslie Haynes
Mr Leslie Haynes received his legal education at the University of the West Indies and at the Hugh Wooding Law School. He has been in practice since 1980 and is currently head of his own chambers in Bridgetown, Barbados. Mr Haynes also practices in Grenada and has worked in St Lucia. Mr Haynes practised at the Chambers of Mr Elliott Mottley QC and Evelyn, Gittens & Farmer, both in Barbados, before forming his own Chambers in 1991. He subsequently worked in association with the late Sir Harold St John QC and was admitted to the inner bar in 2001.
Mr Haynes served as an acting judge in the High Court of Barbados in 2003 and in 2006. He is a member of the Judicial Advisory Council and its Rules Committee. Mr Haynes has also served as Vice President of the Barbados Bar Association. He currently practises mainly in the areas of corporate law, insurance law and civil litigation.

MR JAMES A.L.BRISTOL
 MR JAMES A.L.BRISTOL
Mr James Bristol received his legal education in England and was called to the bar of England & Wales in 1989. Mr Bristol joined the firm of Henry, Henry & Bristol in 1990 and has practised since then in Grenada. Mr Bristol has worked extensively in St Lucia as counsel and qualified as a mediator, through the Centre for Dispute Resolution in England. Mr Bristol practises mainly in the areas of commercial law, including banking, corporate law and civil litigation taking cases up to the Grenada’s final court of appeal, the Privy Council in London.
Mr. Bristol is a former aircraft engineer and served as the Chairman of the Air Transport Licensing Board in Grenada as well as on the Board of the Airport Authority and its subsidiary ground-handling company. He keeps up-to-date on aviation matters through IATA law programmes.
Jimmy, as he is better known, is keen on sailing and has been the chairman of the Grenada Sailing Festival since its inception in 1994, an event now recognised as one of the top five in the Caribbean.
He is also a national yacht racing judge and has judged regattas in Grenada, St.Vincent & the Grenadians (the Bequia Easter Regatta) and St.Thomas US Virgin islands (the Rolex Regatta).
Mr. Bristol served as vice president of the Grenada Bar Association in 2007, and as president in 2008. He also served as Grenada's Attorney General, from 2008 to 2009.He continues his public service by advising on the reformation and restructuring of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

Mrs. Denise Haynes

Mrs Denise Theresa Haynes received her legal education at the University of the West Indies and at the Hugh Wooding Law School and has been practising law since 2006. Prior to qualifying as an attorney-at-law, Mrs Haynes worked for several years as a legal research assistant in Barbados and received a certificate in Mediation from Queens University, Ontario, Canada.
Mrs Haynes holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish( First Class Honours); a Master of Philosophy in Spanish and is fluent in both languages. Mrs Haynes lectured at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados before embarking on her career in law

Ms. Dia C. Forrester
 Ms. Dia C. Forrester
Ms. Dia C. Forrester joined the team at Henry, Henry and Bristol in October
of 2008. She practises in all of the general areas of the firm with a major
focus on civil litigation.
Ms. Forrester obtained her law degree from the University of the West Indies
graduating in 2006 with Upper Second Class Honours. She obtained her Legal
Education Certification from the Hugh Wooding Law School graduating in 2008
with a Certificate of Merit as the Most Outstanding Student over the two
year period. Additionally, she was the Most Outstanding Student in the Law
of Remedies in 2007 at the Law School.
Ms. Forrester is an avid table tennis player and a member of the winning
Grenadian women OECS Table Tennis Championship Team of 2008. She is also a
casual guitar player.

 Ms. Deidre R. Marquez
Ms. Deidre R. Marquez joined the team at Henry, Henry and Bristol in
November of 2009. Ms. Marquez has a diversified practice with special
emphasis on Corporate, Conveyancing, Property and Insurance law.
Ms. Marquez obtained her law degree from the University of the West Indies
graduating in 2007 with Upper Second Class Honours. She obtained her Legal
Education Certification from the Hugh Wooding Law School graduating in 2009.
She was admitted to the Grenada Bar on the 7th October, 2009.
Ms. Marquez is a former member of the Rotaract club of Grenada serving on
the community services and finance committees.
